Maria and Zach’s wedding was one I will never forget for so many reasons. One, it was my first true solo wedding. FIRST! They knew I was an amateur, but still trusted me with the task. I was honored. I was also so nervous and beyond excited! All our friends were probably sick of me talking about it! Then the big day came. Everything about the day was beautiful. The unpredictable weather of North Carolina in March was perfect, the lovely green bridesmaids dresses, the special wooden box made by a friend, Maria’s (massive) incredible family were all involved, the Carolina blue get-a-way/transfer car, twinkling lights, sparklers, my dear friend Ashton 2nd shooting alongside me, and one of my favorite parts was that so many of my Young Life friends were there tearing up the dance floor!
